My name is Nicole Pearson. I am a Connecticut Licensed LPC, and specialize in depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance use, love addiction, relationships, and self-esteem.
I have over 10 years of experience in treating adults and children with a wide range of mental health diagnoses in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
I have an extensive background in providing person-centered care in the areas of addiction, mental health, emotional issues, and life transitions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
In my practice, it is my goal to help you move past the patterns that keep you stuck in an unhealthy and unfulfilling lifestyle.
I work with each person to create the vision of their best, healthiest life and together we develop the "road map" to get you there.
Change can be difficult, scary, and confusing. But I encourage you to ask yourself one question-- "what's the worst that could happen?" Could life get better? Could you feel lighter? Happier? Free?
Guiding individuals to reach their highest potential, dreams, and goals is one of my greatest passions in life. Together, we stand side by side "trudging the road to happy destiny"*.
